TERMS OF SERVICE
Booking a delivery
A delivery is confirmed once an order is created and a rider is assigned. Pricing is calculated from distance, delivery type and package weight at the time of booking.
Prohibited items
We do not carry illegal substances, firearms, explosives, live animals, cash beyond agreed limits, or any item prohibited under Nigerian law. Orders found to contain such items are cancelled without refund.
Packaging
Senders are responsible for adequate packaging. Fragile items must be declared at booking so the rider can handle them accordingly.
Delivery confirmation
Handover is confirmed with a delivery code shared with the recipient, and where applicable a photo and signature captured by the rider.
Delays and liability
We work to the delivery window shown at booking, but traffic, weather and security conditions can cause delays. Liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the package, subject to investigation.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before a rider picks up the package. Once picked up, the full fee applies.
