Information we collect
Account details (name, email, phone), delivery details (pickup and drop-off addresses, recipient contact, package description), and location data from rider devices while a delivery is active.
How we use it
To allocate riders, calculate delivery pricing, provide live tracking, verify handover with delivery codes, resolve disputes and improve our service.
Location data
Rider location is captured only while a rider is on duty or on an active delivery, and is shown to the customer and operations team for that delivery.
Sharing
We share only what a delivery requires: recipients see rider contact details, riders see the addresses they must serve. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Delivery records are retained for operational, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
